What are the shipping options?

Currently, Mstyk Art only offers standard shipping. If you need express shipping, please contact me via the contact section or at mstykart@gmail.com

What do I do if I received a defective order?

I pride myself in putting in every effort and great care into the packaging of all my products, but if you do receive a defective item, please contact me rigght away! I would require you to send a photo of the package as well as the defective item and after assessing the photos, a replacement will be processed straight away.

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

The most easiest and effecient way to contact is is through email (mstykart@gmail.com), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours.

How do I send in my photo for a portrait painting?

Please send all photos to mstykart@gmail.com with your name in the subject line. Once recieved, I will reply to verify details of the painting and we will proceed with to pricing and submission of deposit.
